The job
- Own the client relationship. You are the single point of contact for property managers, HOA boards and facility directors on your book.
- Walk your properties. Inspect regularly and catch problems before the client does.
- Direct the crews. Set priorities with your crew leaders so every site gets what the contract calls for.
- Quote and sell enhancements. Spot the upgrade, price it, and see it through to installation.
What we’re looking for
- Commercial landscape experience as an account manager, supervisor, crew leader or operations lead.
- Comfort with numbers. You can read a contract, track hours against budget and explain a price.
- A valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- English and Spanish is an advantage, though not required for every territory.
