When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name and contact details, the position you're applying for, and the resume or file you choose to attach.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, general location, and the type of device and browser you use, so we can understand how the site is performing. We do not use this information to identify you individually, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or estimate for your property.
• To review and follow up on job applications.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
• To contact you about the request you submitted.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

• Within Raise. Your request may be handled by the Raise division best suited to your property, so the right local team can respond.
• Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the site and deliver messages, for example our website host and our email system. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Raise, our clients, or others.

SMS / text messaging

With your consent as part of your customer relationship, Raise Landscaping and its operating companies may send you account and billing text messages, for example past-due balance reminders and payment follow-ups, at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to communicate with you about your account.

How we keep your information

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us. Just email office@raiselandscaping.com and we'll take care of it. You can also opt out of any future contact from us at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.
